About this care
Welcome to De Kleine Wereld Willemsparkweg, a small-scale daycare centre set in a characteristic former residence on the edge of Vondelpark in Amsterdam South. We offer daycare for children aged 0–4 years, divided into two groups. The building has a warm, homely atmosphere with calming colours and an authentic feel, so children feel comfortable and not overstimulated.
Inside you will find two group rooms on two floors, separate bedrooms with an individual bed for every child, and separate changing and toilet facilities. Outside, a beautifully landscaped, shady garden awaits with natural play elements and a private baby area where even the youngest can play undisturbed.
Our location is characterised by a loving and experienced team that puts personal attention for the child and parents first. Expats frequently use this location; our staff speak English, but the main language is Dutch to help children learn Dutch as quickly as possible.
We use the DKW parent portal and DKW parent app, keeping you updated on your child's day through photos, videos, messages, and daily reports. You can also easily request extra days, swap days, and report absences.
De Kleine Wereld Willemsparkweg is open Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–6:30 pm. The hourly rate for day care (52 weeks) is €14.00 from January 1, 2026. Immediate childcare spots are available at this location. We look forward to showing you around during a personal tour.Read more
