GGD Inspection
All good
Inspection date: June 4, 2026
Strengths
- The provider has established a working system to demonstrate the staff-to-child ratio through diaries with complete registration of staff and children
Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection report of 4 June 2026 concerns a follow-up investigation at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) De Kleine Vlinder in Dordrecht. This investigation followed an annual inspection on 28 October 2025 during which a shortcoming was identified: the provider did not always record children's arrival and departure times on attendance lists. This follow-up inspection examined whether the provider now meets the demonstrability requirements for the staff-to-child ratio. The provider now demonstrates this through diaries for both groups, in which staff members, working hours, children's names, and arrival and departure times are recorded. The provider meets the assessed requirement. No new shortcomings or violations were identified.
