Welcome to De Kinderkamer, our small-scale daycare centre located at Mildijk 109 in Vuren. We provide a safe, warm and stimulating environment for babies, toddlers and preschoolers aged 0 to 4 years. Our enthusiastic team of permanent pedagogical staff is ready every day to give your child personal attention and to guide their development through play.
With us, your child has all the space to be themselves, have fun and learn together with other children. Our homely setting and familiar faces help your child feel at home quickly. Making music and playing outdoors are part of our daily activities. Through play we stimulate natural curiosity and develop social skills, always adapted to your child’s own pace.
Our location is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM. We believe parents and caregivers should feel just as welcome as their children. Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) De Kinderkamer in Vuren was inspected unannounced on 12 May 2025 by GGD Gelderland-Zuid. The location provides care for 32 children in two groups (0-3 years and 2-4 years). The inspection demonstrates that the childcare meets all assessed quality requirements: the pedagogical policy is well implemented, all staff hold a valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and are correctly registered, safety and health plans are up to date and adhered to, and parents receive complete information through the website and personal contact. No violations were identified. Last year there was a recovery offer for the pedagogical policy; the shortcoming was resolved in a timely manner. The municipality is advised not to take enforcement action.
