Welcome to De Kindereijk, a small-scale yet spacious daycare center in the heart of Waalwijk. Since June 1, 2012, we have been providing passionate professional childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years. Our location at Eerste Zeine 96 is specially designed to stimulate the experiential world of young children, both indoors and outdoors. Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) De Kindereijk in Waalwijk was inspected on 24 March 2026 by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hart voor Brabant. The location provides care for a maximum of 75 children aged 0 to 4 years in five core groups. The inspection showed that the location meets the quality requirements in the areas of pedagogical climate, staff and groups, and accommodation. One violation was identified in the area of safety and health: staff wore hand and wrist jewelry while changing children, which is in violation of the hygiene protocol. The provider made use of the recovery offer by discussing the protocol with the team again and placing it on the agenda on a structural basis. Following recovery, the location meets all requirements. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
