GGD Groningen conducted an annual inspection on 16 December 2025 at BSO De Havik in Groningen, a new after-school care (BSO) location operated by Partou for up to 24 children (ages 8–13). The location is housed in a shared building with scouting group De Havik. All assessed aspects (pedagogical climate, staff and groups, accommodation) meet the legal requirements. The pedagogical quality is characterised by a relaxed atmosphere, positive interaction between children and staff, and children's involvement in organisational tasks. All employees hold the correct qualifications and Certificates of Conduct (VOG). The indoor and outdoor spaces meet the surface area requirements. No violations or areas for improvement were identified.
