About this care
BLOS Driewieler is our daycare center located at Papenvoort 1 in Geldrop. We provide care for up to 16 children aged 0 to 4 years. Since November 30, 2012, we have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 175850926.
Our location operates with a horizontal VE group, meaning children are grouped by age. We offer preschool education (VE), where we stimulate children's development through play. We believe it's important for children to discover the world at their own pace and in their own way.
At BLOS Driewieler, we work closely with St. Jozef primary school, which is located opposite our facility. For 3-year-old children, we organize monthly connecting activities with the school to ensure a smooth transition to primary education.
Our pedagogical staff are ready to provide your child with a safe and challenging environment. We believe in the importance of learning through play and encourage children to discover new things. Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Basker - Driewieler in Geldrop was inspected on 15 June 2026 by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Brabant-Zuidoost. The toddler group provides early childhood education to a maximum of 16 children. The location meets all quality requirements for pedagogical climate, staff and groups, and accommodation. Two points for attention were identified: overdue maintenance in the group room (holes in flooring, moisture, peeling paint) and the lack of hand-washing facilities for staff at the nappy changing room. The holder has indicated that maintenance is planned and is awaiting a municipal report. No recovery offer has been imposed. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
