About this care
Kinderdagverblijf de Dichter is located in the characteristic former auction building of Utrecht, completely rebuilt in 2004. The group rooms are bright, spacious and interconnected, allowing children to explore and play safely. At the heart of the building is a central kitchen with a toddler kitchenette where older toddlers can cook under supervision.
At De Dichter, we focus on each child's individual development. We work with the Uk & Puk method, a nationally recognized program that stimulates language and social development through play and activities.
Our location features a wonderful outdoor area with a baby meadow where even the youngest can sleep outside. The spacious playground offers a sandbox, a playhouse, and paths where children can ride bikes.
