About this care
Peuterspeelzaal De Blokkentoren is a warm and safe place for toddlers aged 2 to 4. We believe that every child is unique and develops at their own pace. Our vision is based on Christian principles, with the Bible playing a central role in our daily programme. We offer a structured daily routine in which children have the space to play, learn and grow.
Our activities focus on children's development. We stimulate their creativity through arts and crafts, and we offer opportunities for outdoor play in our safe play environment. We also devote attention to music and movement, which contributes to the overall development of the toddlers. We believe that play is the best way to learn, and therefore we create a stimulating environment where children can express themselves freely.
At De Blokkentoren, we find it important that parents are involved in their child's development. We have a parent committee that contributes ideas about our policy and activities. We also regularly organise meetings for parents to keep them informed of their child's progress. Our childcare practitioners are well-trained and have extensive experience in childcare.
