Violations
Inspection date: June 5, 2026
Violations
- On 2 February 2026, between 15:50 and 17:04, there was a shortage of qualified staff relative to the number and age of children present
Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Haaglanden conducted an unannounced follow-up investigation at after-school care (BSO) Dak Pex in 's-Gravenhage on 5 June 2026. This investigation was carried out at the request of the municipality following a previously identified violation on 2 February 2026, when fewer qualified staff were deployed than legally required between 15:50 and 17:04. The follow-up investigation examined whether the location now complies with the staff-to-child ratio. Based on observations, interviews, and documentation (attendance registers and staff rosters), it was established that the legal requirements were met both on the inspection day and on the other open days that week (1, 2, and 4 June). The location provides care for 90 children in 4 groups for children aged 4 to 12 years.
