In the heart of Amsterdam's De Pijp neighbourhood, at Ruysdaelkade 215, you'll find CompaNanny Ruysdaelkade. This location is housed in a historic building and has been operating as a daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) for over 100 years. At this branch, we offer daycare for children aged 0 – 4 years.
Our daycare center is located in the former 'Femina Muller kinderbewaarplaats', one of Amsterdam's first daycare centers. Some details from that era have been beautifully preserved. In the meantime, the monumental building has undergone a transformation. We have 2 baby groups (0-2 years), a toddler-preschool group (1.5-4 years) and a preschool group (2-4 years). The groups are fresh, bright and spaciously furnished, and in our own courtyard garden, children can play safely outdoors.
With age-appropriate activities for every age group, we respond to your child's developmental stage. We work with our own pedagogical vision that forms the basis for our mindful working method, well-trained staff and extra services for parents. We offer a daily warm organic lunch prepared by Moekes Maaltijd, healthy snacks, nappies and formula. In addition, we have a Parent Portal and offer the possibility to look around digitally with a 360° tour.
