An unannounced follow-up investigation was carried out at after-school care (BSO) Com paNanny Holleweg in Hilversum on 6 July 2026 by GGD Gooi & Vechtstreek. This inspection followed a second directive from the municipality, after an earlier follow-up investigation had already taken place in February 2026. The location, part of license holder Kinderdagverblijf Toppie 2 B.V. with 66 childcare places, still does not meet the quality requirement for safety and health. Permanent staff members and the flexible worker are sufficiently aware of risks, but temporary cover staff are inadequately informed about location-specific risks. A folder intended for information transfer to cover staff is not known to all employees and moreover does not contain location-specific information. The previously identified violation has not been resolved. The inspector advises the municipal executive to enforce in accordance with the enforcement policy.
