Staff act sensitively and respectfully. Staff qualifications and child-to-staff ratios are in order. A new location manager has brought greater calm to the location. The parent committee functions well. There were two minor points: incorrect opening hours on the website (since corrected) and a working method for group transitions that could lead to violations (policy has been reviewed following consultation with the GGD).
