The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection report of 18 June 2026 concerns a follow-up investigation of after-school care (BSO) Club Tiki Taka - Koorschool in Utrecht. The location, housed in primary school de Koorschool, provides care for a maximum of 22 children aged 4-12. Previous inspection on 9 February 2026 revealed shortcomings in the area of safety and health policy, reporting code for domestic violence, first aid coverage and play materials. The provider received a formal direction and submitted an action plan. The current follow-up investigation concludes that all identified shortcomings have been resolved. However, new risks were identified, including open doors with fall hazard and poor visibility on the school playground, which were addressed immediately. The GGD advises no enforcement action.
