Summary

This is a final inspection report from the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Brabant-Zuidoost for the childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) of Lidwina Maria van den Cauwelaar at Bastendorfweg 3 in Eindhoven. The unannounced annual inspection took place on 22 January 2026. The host parent provides care on Thursdays for two children (ages 2 and 4) at the requesting parent's home address. She is affiliated with host parent agency Het Liefbeestje Zuidoost Brabant and has three registered facilities. During the inspection, all examined domains were assessed: general conditions, pedagogical climate, requirements for the host parent, accommodation and layout, and safety and health.
