Care4Kids offers personal nanny care at home, so that children can remain in their own familiar environment. We take care of the entire administrative process and arrange the childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag). Our nannies are carefully screened and selected based on experience and skills. We strive for a perfect match between your family and the nanny, with personal guidance throughout the entire process.
Subsidy & costs
Care4Kids arranges the full administration for the childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag). Once all required procedures have been completed (maximum 10 weeks), you become eligible for childcare benefit. The agency takes care of registration in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang), which is a condition for the benefit application.
Care4Kids charges a one-time registration fee of €150.00 for recruitment, selection, risk assessment and evaluation. For self-found nannies, a 50% discount applies (€75.00). The hourly rates for nannies depend on the number of children: 1 child €15.00-€18.00, 2 children €16.00-€19.00, 3 children €17.00-€21.00, 4 children €18.00-€23.00, 5+ children €18.00-€26.00. These rates are indicative and are always presented before a nanny is proposed.
Trust & screening
All nannies undergo a careful screening: intake interview, selection based on experience and skills, verification of Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG), check of first aid certificate, and registration in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang). In addition, an employee carries out a thorough Risk Assessment Safety and Health at the childcare location.
Care4Kids is LRK-registered (number 514367635) and complies with all national quality requirements for childminder agencies (gastouderbureaus).
