About this care
At Bzzzonder Spelen, we offer a warm, homely environment where children from 0 to 12 years feel right at home. Our daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) is specially designed for children up to 4 years old, while our after-school care (BSO) is aimed at children from 4 years upwards. We believe in the power of growing up together and therefore also provide care for children with additional support needs, right within the regular group.
Our pedagogical approach focuses on the individual development of each child. We offer a wide range of activities, including structured learning, outdoor play, music and movement, arts and crafts, and language development. In addition, we have an extensive range of facilities, such as healthy meals, sleeping areas, an outdoor playground and indoor play spaces. We ensure that every child feels seen and supported.
At Bzzzonder Spelen, we attach great value to transparency and quality. Our locations are regularly inspected by the GGD (Municipal Health Service) and the reports are publicly available. Summary
This inspection report concerns an unannounced investigation following registration for after-school care (BSO) Bzzzonder Sparta in Nijkerk, conducted by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Gelderland Midden. The location opened on 1 January 2026 with a maximum of 30 childcare places, lower than the originally intended number of 46 due to ongoing renovation. The after-school care (BSO) is open on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. All assessed areas – pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, accommodation, and parental rights – meet the statutory requirements. The pedagogical practice shows strong points: staff know the children well, provide emotional security, stimulate self-reliance, and make frequent use of the outdoor space at the sports park and the nearby after-school care (BSO) garden. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement.
