About this care
Welcome to Spring Kinderopvang – BSO IKKE in Mill! Our after-school care is located in Kindcentrum Mill at Langenboomseweg 1e, sharing the building with primary schools De Kameleon and De Lens, daycare IKKE, toddler group IKKE and the child health clinic. This close collaboration offers children aged 4 to 12 a familiar and safe environment where care and education seamlessly connect.
Our qualified pedagogical staff are ready every weekday to give children a great time after school. We provide both rest and structure, as well as challenging activities that match the children’s world of experience. The spacious, naturally designed outdoor playground invites running, climbing and exploring, while indoors there is plenty of room for relaxation, play and creative development.

- Reporting, consultation, and mandatory notification obligations: staff insufficiently familiar with the option to consult a confidential inspector and the obligation to report to the police
Summary
BSO IKKE in Mill, part of Spring Kinderopvang, was inspected on 4 August 2026 by GGD Hart voor Brabant. The after-school care (BSO) accommodates 92 children aged 4 to 13 years in four base groups. The inspection showed that the pedagogical practice and staffing are in order. Children are challenged with appropriate activities and staff guide social interactions adequately. However, three violations were identified in the area of safety and health: hand hygiene after toilet use was not enforced, staff had insufficient knowledge of the domestic violence reporting code, and the consultation and mandatory notification obligations were insufficiently known. All violations were resolved within the granted period via a recovery offer. The GGD advises no enforcement action.
