Welcome to Vriendjeskring After-School Care at Taandersplein 1 in Rotterdam Spangen.
We are a small-scale after-school facility with room for up to 14 children per day, offering a familiar place right after school. By deliberately keeping our groups small, the children see the same trusted faces every day. This guarantees plenty of personal attention for each child and creates the feeling of a second home.
Our professional pedagogical staff do not work with temporary workers; a regular professional is present every day who truly knows your child. This provides calm, recognition and turns our after-school care into one big family.
We offer a homely environment with a clear daily rhythm. The rooms are cosily and challengingly arranged so that children can play freely, play games, do crafts or romp around outside. Singing songs is of course part of the fun.
Every day the children receive a warm, varied meal with fresh vegetables, so they can recharge after school. Parents follow their child’s developments through our app: viewing photos, requesting extra days, signing in or out or simply sending a message is all easy.
Vriendjeskring After-School Care is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and cooperates with primary schools in the immediate vicinity of Spangen, so we can safely pick up and drop off children from school.
