Welcome to BSO Tomtiedom at Rhijngeesterstraatweg 33 in Oegstgeest. Since September 2013, we have been providing professional after-school care in the characteristic former police station on Rhijngeesterstraatweg for children aged 4 to 12 years. Our spacious building is beautifully located near the Rhijngeest forest and is easily accessible by bike, car or bus.
With 24 childcare places, we create a warm and safe environment where children can develop through playful learning. Our team of certified pedagogical staff is ready to guide your child in their development after school hours. We are open daily from 07:30 to 18:00, providing flexible childcare around school hours.

Summary
BSO Tom tiedom in Oegstgeest provides after-school care (BSO) for up to 28 children aged 4-13 years in two stable core groups. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an unannounced annual supervision visit on 22 May 2025. All assessed areas – pedagogical climate, staff/groups, and safety & health – meet legal requirements. No violations were identified, no areas for improvement were indicated, and no recovery actions are needed. The location has a relaxed atmosphere, engaged staff who actively involve children in activities, and annual coaching. At least one first-aid certified staff member is always present. The municipality is advised not to take enforcement action.
