At our daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV), we care for children from 0 to 4 years old. We provide a loving and educational environment where play and development go hand in hand. For children aged 4 to 13, we offer after-school care (BSO) where they can relax, play, and discover new skills after school and during holidays.
Our location is ideally situated for surrounding villages such as Eerbeek, Loenen, Klarenbeek and Beekbergen, and neighbourhoods such as de Maten and Apeldoorn Zuid. After-school care (BSO) 't Pluisje in Lieren was inspected on 15 June 2026 by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Noord- en Oost-Gelderland. The after-school care, located in primary school OBS Oosterhuizen, provides care for 13 children aged 4 to 13. Overall, the location meets the quality requirements well. The pedagogical policy is comprehensive and followed in practice. The staff-to-child ratio is correct and the accommodation is suitable. One violation was identified: a staff member was not linked in the Childcare Personnel Register (PRK). The provider raised mitigating circumstances: the link had been present at the start of employment but had unexpectedly disappeared later. The staff member was re-linked immediately upon discovery. The GGD advises the municipality to enforce in accordance with enforcement policy, taking into account the mitigating circumstances. It is also advised to expand the childcare places from 13 to 26.
