Summary

BSO De Lentemorgen in Almere was inspected unannounced on 10 February 2026 by GGD Flevoland. The location does not meet all assessed requirements following the recovery offer. The pedagogical policy plan was outdated and still contained references to a non-existent second core group, whilst since January 2026 there has been only one core group. Following the recovery offer, only two of the five required topics were sufficiently amended. The pedagogical practice itself is assessed as adequate: children feel emotionally safe, there is attention for individual needs, and the atmosphere is positive. Staff and groups do comply, including VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct) registration, diplomas, and deployment of the pedagogical policy staff member. The GGD advises enforcement.
