Summary

The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspected after-school care (BSO) Stella Nova Kidz in Lelystad on 27 November 2025. The location, opened in September 2025, provides care for up to 30 children aged 4-12 years in one base group. Although the pedagogical practice was assessed positively – the staff create a warm atmosphere, respond sensitively to children and offer fun activities – there were multiple shortcomings in policy documents. These concerned the pedagogical work plan, the Childcare Persons Register and the safety and health policy. All violations have been remedied through a recovery offer. The accommodation meets the requirements. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement.
