About this care
Welcome to BSO Sportpark, located at Prins Hendrikstraat 80 in Drunen. Our after-school care is part of Mikz, an organization with over 25 years of experience in childcare. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 years in a unique sports-oriented environment.
Our location is situated right in the middle of a sports park, and you can feel it in everything we do. Children have plenty of space to move and engage in sports activities. We regularly organize sports clinics where children can get acquainted with different sports. The large enclosed outdoor area offers plenty of play opportunities, and a small animal park nearby makes our location extra special.
We work with Mikz's pedagogical vision, giving children the space to develop at their own pace. Our pedagogical staff guide children in making activity choices and encourage their independence. Through the Jaamo parent app, parents stay informed about all activities and developments.
BSO Sportpark is open on school days from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. We collaborate with primary schools in the Drunen area to ensure a smooth transition from school to after-school care. Feel free to drop by for a tour and experience the sporty atmosphere of our location yourself.Read more

Summary
After-school care (BSO) Sportpark in Drunen, part of Stichting Mikz Kinderopvang, was inspected by GGD Hart voor Brabant on 11 August 2026. The location offers after-school and holiday care for up to 72 children aged 7 to 13 years in three base groups, housed in a sports complex. All assessed quality requirements in the domains of pedagogical climate, staff and groups, and parental rights were fully met. The pedagogical practice demonstrated warm, responsive guidance in which children felt emotionally safe, and staff effectively mediated conflicts. Staff hold the correct qualifications and Certificates of Conduct (VOG), and the child ratio was correct (4 staff members for 43 children). Parents are well informed and an effective complaints procedure is in place. No violations or areas for improvement were identified.
