SportBSO Bemmel is located at the Bemmel sports club on Ressensestraat 30B in Ressen. We provide after-school care services for primary school children (ages 4-12), with a strong focus on sports/movement and a healthy lifestyle. Our goal is for children to relax through exertion by means of sports and play activities. Child development is central, and every child can make progress on personal, athletic, and social levels. Fun comes first. It is important that everyone feels at home and can be themselves. We do everything we can to create a safe environment in which everyone can develop. SportBSO Bemmel in Ressen is an after-school care (BSO) located at sports club Bemmel. During the unannounced incidental inspection on 18 November 2025, it was established that the location meets all assessed requirements of the Childcare Act. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality of Lingewaard to approve the request for expansion from 33 to 36 childcare places. All examined themes – pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and accommodation – meet the statutory requirements. The indoor space (129.4 m²) and outdoor space (sports field) are more than sufficient for the intended capacity. Staff hold the appropriate qualifications and all employees are registered in the childcare personnel register.
