Summary

BSO Smurfplanet in Dalfsen provides after-school care (BSO) to 18 children in a former preschool building next to the St. Cyriacusschool. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 14 April 2025. All examined areas – administration, pedagogical policy, personnel matters, safety and health, and parent information – meet the legal requirements. The administration is clear, the pedagogical policy is discussed and coached during team meetings, all staff members have a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and are registered, the safety and health policy is concrete and up-to-date, and parents are informed through multiple channels. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. No violations were found in the past two years either. No recovery offer was necessary. The GGD advises the municipality of Dalfsen not to take enforcement measures.
