About this care
Welcome to SKSG Oranje, our after-school care located in the heart of the Oranjewijk neighborhood in Groningen. We provide a safe and stimulating place for children aged 8 to 13, where they can relax, play, and learn new things after school. Our location is situated in the neighborhood center of Oranjewijk, making us well-integrated into the community and close to the Nassauschool. This makes us a familiar place for many local children.
At SKSG Oranje, we believe that children develop best by doing and discovering. That’s why we offer a varied activity program where children can choose what appeals to them. In our cooking studio, they learn to prepare their own meals and discover where their food comes from. In the art studio, they can unleash their creativity with various materials and techniques. We provide activities that align with the children's interests and challenge them to try new things.
Our pedagogical staff are ready to guide and support the children whenever needed. We work from the SKSG vision: offering children opportunities to develop into who they are. We provide calm and structure, but also space for personal initiative. Together with the children, we create a welcoming place where everyone feels at home.
SKSG Oranje has space for 53 children and has been registered in the National Childcare Register since 2010. Our manager, Cobi van Liere, ensures a warm and professional approach. For questions or a tour, you can always contact us at oranje@sksg.nl or 06-15545227.Read more
