Summary

The annual inspection of 4 June 2026 of after-school care (BSO) Klipper in Hoorn, part of Stichting Kinderopvang West-Friesland (SCIOgroep), shows that the location meets all assessed requirements. The BSO provides care for 88 children aged 4 to 13 years in 4 base groups, located in the same building as daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Klipper. The inspection assessed pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and parental rights. All areas scored satisfactory. The location has a history of violations in 2023, 2024, and 2025, with an administrative order for a penalty payment even being imposed in 2025 due to insufficient recovery of the pedagogical policy. This final point was subsequently lifted in March 2026. The current report identifies no new violations or areas for improvement.
