Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspected after-school care (BSO) Scouting in Oosterhout on 27 November 2025. The after-school care, part of Stichting Delta-kinderopvang, accommodates up to 33 children aged 4 to 12 years in the Mariagroep scouting building. The inspection concerned an unannounced investigation following registration, in which all examined domains met the legal requirements. The children showed good wellbeing, the pedagogical practice was positive and the accommodation met all space requirements. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The holder indicated agreement with all findings in their response. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement.
