Summary

GGD Hart voor Brabant conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 5 February 2026 at BSO Ridderzaal in Oudheusden, part of Stichting Mikz Kinderopvang. The location provides after-school care (BSO) for up to 44 children (aged 4–13) in two base groups. The location meets all requirements regarding pedagogical climate and parental rights. A violation was identified regarding staff and groups: a staff member supplied through a temporary employment agency was not linked to the provider in the Childcare Personnel Register, which is mandatory before anyone may work. The provider accepted the recovery offer and completed the linkage on 17 February 2026. The location now meets all assessed quality requirements. The GGD advises the municipality of Heusden not to take enforcement action.
