Summary

The follow-up inspection at after-school care (BSO) De Lunt in Waalwijk, conducted on 28 May 2026, was a re-inspection following a previously identified violation during the annual inspection of 12 January 2026. At that time, it was established that a staff member in training had been deployed in violation of the CAO conditions. The municipality issued a written directive with a recovery period of two weeks. During this follow-up inspection, it was found that the staff member in training in question was no longer working at the location and that no staff members in training or interns were currently present. The previously identified violation could therefore not be re-established. The provider now meets the assessed quality requirements regarding staff and groups.
