Summary

The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Noord- en Oost-Gelderland conducted an unannounced follow-up investigation at after-school care (BSO) Kwakel in Harderwijk on 30 March 2026. This investigation followed an earlier inspection on 5 February 2026 during which violations had been identified. The location provides after-school care (BSO) for 15 children at primary school De Brug. The investigation focused on the safety and health policy and the involvement of staff members in this. The previously identified violations have been resolved: the safety and health policy has been redrawn and discussed with the team, including agreements on the use of the gymnasium. Staff members are now more involved in the policy. There is no cause for enforcement action.
