Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an incidental inspection at after-school care (BSO) Kinderopvang de Boomgaard in Noordwijkerhout on 19 March 2026. The inspection took place following a change in the indoor spaces: due to temporary use of the school hall by the school, the after-school care (BSO) is now using a new group room on the first floor (a staff room). The inspection focused on the accommodation requirements. The location meets all assessed quality requirements. The indoor space at 220.5 m² is sufficient for the 60 registered childcare places (requirement: 3.5 m² per child). Risks of the new room on the first floor (stairs, windows, possible presence of teachers) have been discussed and the safety policy has been updated. The outdoor space (school playground) is unchanged. The licence holder has agreed to the content of the report.
