About this care
Welcome to Ukkie B.V. in Vollenhove, our out-of-school care location at De Voorst 21a. Since 1 February 2022 we provide after-school care for up to 44 children aged 4 to 12. Our team is ready every day to offer children a safe, playful environment where they can discover the world at their own pace.
We are officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 221525610 and meet all national quality requirements. This allows parents to apply for childcare allowance. Our location is supervised by GGD IJsselland within the municipality of Steenwijkerland.

Strengths
- The pedagogical policy is visibly implemented, and changes are well secured through the app and team meetings
- Staff-to-child ratio complies with the law, including correct application of the 3-hour rule during holidays
- All staff members hold valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) documents and are correctly registered in the PRK
- Fixed base groups and mentorship are well organised
- Spacious and safely designed indoor and outdoor play areas with diverse play corners and challenging outdoor activities
