BSO M&M at Rijswijkseweg 530 in 's-Gravenhage provides after-school care (BSO) for up to 16 children aged 3-12 years in one combined group (Regenboog). The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection of 20 October 2025 found full compliance with statutory quality requirements across all assessed areas – pedagogical climate, staff/groups, safety & health, and accommodation. The pedagogical policy (April 2025) is implemented in practice as prescribed. All staff are registered in the Persons Register for Childcare (PRK) with a valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG); the staff-to-child ratio is correct at location level and a back-up is available within 15 minutes even when only one professional is present. Children are placed in a fixed base group of maximum 16 children and have an assigned mentor. There is always someone present with a valid child first aid certificate, the domestic violence reporting code is visibly posted in multiple locations and staff are familiar with the procedure. The indoor space (87 m²) and adjacent outdoor play area (100 m²) are sufficiently spacious, safe and varied in their set-up, including a seating bench, home corner, arts & crafts and learning corner, climbing frame, swings and sandpit. No violations or areas for improvement were identified.
