BSO de Kaboutertuin is located on the grounds of GGNet at Vordenseweg 12 in Warnsveld. The after-school care facility is part of Kindernet and provides care for up to 33 children aged 4 to 12. Summary
Municipal Health Service (GGD) Noord- en Oost-Gelderland conducted a follow-up investigation on 23 June 2026 at after-school care (BSO) de Kaboutertuin in Warnsveld, an after-school care facility of Kindernet BV with 24 places. This investigation followed an annual inspection on 5 March 2026 during which shortcomings were identified in pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and premises. The provider received an order subject to a penalty payment on 28 April 2026 requiring remediation by 1 June 2026. The follow-up investigation established that the provider has demonstrably implemented recovery measures: the pedagogical policy is being complied with, continuous supervision is provided by sufficient qualified staff, the safety and health policy is accessible and up-to-date, and the premises are safely and appropriately arranged. All previously identified violations have been resolved.
