This inspection report concerns an unannounced investigation following registration of after-school care (BSO) Kids2b Holwierde, located within child center Hiliglo. The location provides care for a maximum of 24 children aged 4 to 12 years. Overall, the location meets the statutory quality requirements. The pedagogical practice was assessed as sound: children are approached sensitively, encouraged in their independence and social development, and there is clear structure. Staff and groups, accommodation, and parental rights also comply. Two violations were identified that were resolved through a recovery offer: the pedagogical policy plan was not up to date (cooperation with Delfzijl Noord was missing from the location guide) and a first aid (EHBO) certificate could not be verified. Both shortcomings were remedied within the set deadline. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
