Summary

Kibeo Torenmolen Barendrecht provides after-school care (BSO) for up to 56 children aged 4-13. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection of 25 February 2025 concludes that the location generally functions well: the pedagogical climate is safe and stimulating, staffing is sufficient and well-trained, and parents are properly informed. There is one violation: there is still no active parent committee, which is mandatory for more than 50 places. The organisation continues to recruit parents and offers temporary alternative consultation through a digital survey and a central client council. The municipality is advised to enforce compliance so that the law is followed.
