Summary

GGD Flevoland conducted an unannounced follow-up inspection at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) De Lolifantjes in Almere on 17 October 2025. The inspection was prompted by three violations identified during the annual inspection on 7 July 2025: late registration of a staff member in training in the PRK, insufficient supervision of staff in training according to the collective labour agreement (cao), and the absence of the risk 'allergic reaction' in the safety and health policy. During the follow-up inspection, it was confirmed that all violations have been resolved. The holder has registered all employees in a timely manner, introduced progress meetings with BBL students, and supplemented the policy with measures for allergy risks. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality not to take enforcement action.
