About this care
Welcome to BSO in het Wild! For 16 years we have been making after-school care a true experience. Our BSO is specially designed for children aged 4 to 12 who play and grow up in the beautiful natural environment of Eefde.
We are located at the scouting grounds Jan van Riebeeck at Boedelhofweg 108 in Eefde. This unique location gives our children direct access to nature where they can discover, play and learn every day. At BSO in het Wild we believe that outdoor play is the best way for children to grow. We challenge them to get moving and push boundaries.
Our after-school care is focused on giving children the space to be themselves. In nature they can release their energy, develop creativity and practice social skills. The natural environment forms our largest playground where children can move and discover freely.

Summary
This inspection report concerns an unannounced incidental investigation at after-school care (BSO) in het Wild in Eefde, conducted by GGD Noord- en Oost-Gelderland. The after-school care (BSO) offers 30 places and focuses on nature and outdoor activities. The inspection was initiated following a report that the location had been taken over by a new operator (Christoforus B.V.) on 1 May 2026 without this being reported to the municipality or supervisory authority. The new operator only submitted a formal change application on 2 September 2026, while operations had already been running since 1 May 2026. Three violations were identified: operating without approval, failure to promptly report change of operator, and missing Certificates of Good Conduct (VOG) for half of the officials/directors. No recovery offer was made. The GGD advises enforcement.
