Summary
This inspection report concerns an unannounced investigation following registration for after-school care (BSO) IKC de Brink in Haren, conducted by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Groningen. The location, opened on 11 May 2026, is part of an Integral Child Centre (Integraal Kindcentrum/IKC) with cooperation between childcare, school and sports. There are 140 childcare places divided across 6 BSO groups for children aged 4 to 13 years. The inspection assessed pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and parental rights. All aspects meet the statutory quality requirements. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. Staff know the children well, the children demonstrate wellbeing, and the spaces are appropriately arranged. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises no enforcement action.
