Summary

GGD Kennemerland conducted a registration inspection on 28 July 2026 at BSO HFC in Haarlem, a new after-school care (BSO) of Stichting Humankind with 36 childcare places for children aged 6 to 13 years. The location is situated on the premises of the Koninklijke Haarlemsche Football Club. The report concludes that the childcare provision will reasonably meet the quality requirements, provided that several adjustments are implemented. No violations were identified, but improvement points were noted in the pedagogical policy, safety and health policy, and the accommodation, which was still under renovation. Humankind has made agreements to address these points before the opening on 7 September 2026. The post-registration inspection will take place within three months.
