Summary

BSO Het Stroink in Enschede, part of KOSMO Zuid-Twente B.V., was inspected on 22 January 2026. The inspection concerned an annual investigation in which the pedagogical practice was initially insufficient. The atmosphere was unsettled, interaction between staff and children was limited and mainly instructional, and there was little room for open, positive communication. After a recovery offer with an action plan, including coaching, a daily schedule and group agreements with children, an unannounced follow-up visit on 25 February 2026 established that the pedagogical practice meets requirements. Other topics (staff, safety, parental rights) met requirements immediately. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement.
