About this care
BSO Foxkidz de Wereldboom is part of Kinderopvang Zeeuws-Vlaanderen and is located at the rear of primary school De Wereldboom at Tabakstraat 24 in Hulst. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 who attend De Wereldboom primary school. Our location is fully integrated with the school, allowing children to come to us safely and directly after school.
Our care hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:30 to 8:30 AM and from 2:45 to 6:00 PM. For parents who need extended care, we offer extended opening hours. We create a safe, healthy and loving environment where children can relax after an intensive school day. Our pedagogical staff are ready to guide the children in activities, support with homework and ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
Through our direct cooperation with De Wereldboom primary school, we know the school structure and can seamlessly connect to school hours and holidays. This makes the transition from school to after-school care familiar and easy for children. We believe it is important that children feel at home with us and can enjoy rest, play and cosiness in a familiar environment.Read more

Summary
The annual inspection by GGD Zeeland of after-school care (BSO) Kindercentrum Foxkidz de Wereldboom in Hulst shows a predominantly positive picture. The location meets virtually all quality requirements, including pedagogical climate, personnel matters, domestic violence reporting protocol, and parental rights. One violation was identified in the area of safety and health: the risk assessment was incomplete because risks from an unsecured kitchen drawer containing sharp objects and disinfectants were missing. Following a recovery offer, the holder amended the risk assessment and took precautionary measures. The drawer will be secured within one month and has been emptied in the meantime. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises no enforcement action.
