The pedagogical climate was assessed positively: children experience emotional safety, are given room for their own initiative, and are greeted warmly. There was one point for improvement: the description of base groups and staffing deployment in the pedagogical policy was incomplete. The provider used the recovery offer and submitted a revised plan, after which all requirements were met. No violations were identified. The municipality was advised not to take enforcement action.
