Summary

BSO de Regenboog in Bergambacht provides after-school care (BSO) for up to 50 children in two groups, temporarily housed in primary school De Ark. The inspection took place on 5 August 2025. The pedagogical climate, safety and accommodation meet the quality requirements. There is an active holiday programme, child participation and a safe, rich living environment indoors and outdoors. However, it was found that the guidance plan of a work-based learning (BBL) student lacked the signature of the school's training supervisor, meaning the legal requirement regarding deployment of staff in training was not fully complied with. The provider remedied this immediately by having the missing signature added. The municipal executive is advised to enforce in accordance with the applicable enforcement policy.
