Summary
This inspection report concerns BSO de Klinkert in Sloten, a new after-school care (BSO) for a maximum of 22 children (ages 4-13) operated by Nije Gaast Kinderopvang B.V. The inspection was conducted as a 'Strict at the Gate' (Streng aan de Poort) investigation for registration. Although the location meets requirements in many areas, there were two areas with violations that were resolved through a recovery offer (herstelaanbod). The pedagogical policy lacked concrete elaboration of referral to agencies, settling-in policy (wenbeleid), and criteria for extra half-days. The safety and health policy was incomplete: risks were missing or lacked concrete measures, protocols were insufficient, and the procedure for incidents was not described. The holder corrected both policy documents within the set deadline. Other areas (staffing, accommodation, parental rights, reporting protocol) are in compliance. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises registration in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang).
