Summary

This Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection report concerns Christelijk Kindcentrum De Meander (BSO), a new after-school care (BSO) in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht that will temporarily relocate to P.C. Hooftsingel 7 as of 1 August 2026. The inspection took place for registration of 59 childcare places for children aged 4 to 12 years. The location meets all assessed conditions following a recovery offer. There was one violation: the safety and health policy insufficiently described how children learn to deal with small risks. The holder accepted the recovery offer and remedied this on 22 June 2026. Furthermore, the pedagogical policy, staff registration, accommodation and other safety aspects were found to be in order.
