About this care
BSO De Wigwam is located at Liesbos 16A in Hoofddorp and is part of Stichting Kinderopvang Haarlemmermeer. The location provides after-school care for up to 20 children aged 4 to 12 years. Summary
GGD Kennemerland conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 25 November 2025 at after-school care (BSO) De Wigwam in Hoofddorp. The location provides care for 60 children aged 4-13 and is part of Stichting Kinderopvang Haarlemmermeer. Although the pedagogical practice was assessed positively and most quality requirements were met, two violations were identified that were not resolved following the recovery offer. The pedagogical policy plan lacks sufficient concrete descriptions of core groups, group size and staff deployment. Despite recovery attempts, the description of working methods and considerations remains inadequate. Additionally, a parent committee is absent, while more than 50 children are being cared for. The provider made use of the recovery offer for both violations, but only the multi-site care provision was adequately resolved. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality of Haarlemmermeer to enforce.
