BuitenRijck BSO is located at Van Rijnweg 7 in Rijswijk and is part of Kindcentrum BuitenRijck, an integral child center jointly managed by Lucas Onderwijs and Kinderopvang Morgen. Summary
GGD Haaglanden conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 3 March 2026 at after-school care (BSO) BuitenRijck in Rijswijk, part of Kinderopvang Morgen. The location provides care for up to 60 children aged 7 to 12 years. The overall quality is good: the pedagogical climate is positive, children are engaged and proud of their activities, and staff act consistently in accordance with clear agreements. Two violations were identified. A substitute staff member was not linked in the Childcare Persons Register (PRK), and the safety and health policy lacked concrete risk descriptions (drowning, sunburn, oven burns, suffocation, poisoning, going missing and leaving children unsupervised). Both violations were resolved within the deadline through a recovery offer. The holder has taken structural measures, including appointing an additional staff member who checks PRK linkages weekly. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
