About this care
Stichting ut Kruumelke is a small-scale and independent after-school care facility (BSO) located at Den Roover 8 in Reuver. Since May 1, 2015, we have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK number 682309035) and provide care for up to 19 children aged 4 to 12.
We started in 2015, after 15 years of experience with lunch-time childcare. This expansion to after-school care has been successful and we continue to provide it with great enthusiasm. At Ut Kruumelke, the care for the child is central. We offer a cozy and challenging environment where children feel safe and at home.
Our location is situated in the stately historic building at Den Roover 8, where childcare also takes place during the day. We operate on a small scale, which means we can give personal attention to each child. We have an active parent council that contributes ideas about the content of our services and the quality of care.

Strengths
- The pedagogical policy is complete and is followed in practice
- Staff hold the correct qualifications and Certificates of Good Conduct (VOG); all employees are registered in the persons register
- The safety and health policy is comprehensive, up to date, and includes concrete risk assessments and action plans
- The reporting code for domestic violence and child abuse has been adequately established and staff are well informed
- Stable care situation with a fixed mentor for each child and an appropriate staff-child ratio
- Both permanent staff members hold a valid first aid (EHBO) certificate

The annual inspection on 19 February 2026 at after-school care (BSO) Stichting ut Kruum elke in Reuver shows a positive picture. The after-school care, located in a renovated school with a maximum of 19 children (ages 4-12), meets all examined quality requirements. The pedagogical policy is well developed, staff are properly qualified, and the safety and health policy is adequate. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises no enforcement. Historically, there were some shortcomings in 2022-2023 regarding the pedagogical policy staff member and a relocation without timely notification, but since then all inspections have been positive.
